Temptation Gifts is a well established company with shops, offices, warehousing, and over a quarter of a century in business behind us. Unlike a lot of internet companies, we're the real deal!

We have a full-time dedicated Customer Service team based at our web headquarters in Chesham. Phones are answered between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Sunday. Emails are responded to within one working day. We'll even respond to traditional mail, telegram and carrier pigeon if you want. So getting in touch couldn't be easier!

We're really proud of our customer service team. Whether you need to know when something will be back in stock, or have a problem with an order you've placed, or simply want to clarify whether something is purply-pink or pinky-purple... they'll be happy to help!
