Q: How exactly do I use this product?

Q: How effective is Poo-Pourri?
A: While the marketing is sometimes humorous, Poo-Pourri is serious business! The product acts as a very effective and powerful odour neutralizer and has been tested extensively for many years with an overwhelmingly positive response.
Q: Will it neutralize my husband’s bad bathroom odour?
A: Ironically, this is the most commonly asked question by women. And the answer is: YES!! Poo-Pourri creator's experience with testers has been that the bathroom sprays work at eliminating bathroom odours for (almost) everyone. Any woman reading this understands how well a reluctant husband follows instructions! After all “you can lead a horse to water . . .!”
Q: What about gassy smells?
A: While the product works great at eliminating bathroom odours, its primary purpose is to trap and neutralize odours IN the toilet. If you experience residual smells due to gas, try spraying Poo-Pourri lightly in the air after using the restroom. Be aware that oil overspray may cause surfaces to become slippery, and may damage some materials.
Q: What about floating waste matter?
A: No need to worry! As the floaters penetrate the film they are coated, so that when they surface they are already encapsulated with Poo-Pourri, eliminating any potential odours.
Q: How big are the Poo-Pourri bottles and how long will they last?
The 2oz bottle will last for approximately 100 uses, making it perfect for carrying around with you, keeping at work or giving as a gift.
The 4oz bottle will last for approximately 200 uses, perfect for your favourite scent for your home bathroom.
Q: Is it safe on the toilet, pipes or septic system?
A: Poo-Pourri contains only natural odour eliminators and essential oils commonly found in other bath products. These should have no more effect to any part of your waste water system than using a natural shampoo or conditioner in your shower.
Q: Is it safe for children?
A: We recommend that Poo-Pourri is sprayed into the bowl by a parent prior to children using the toilet. Do not allow the child to ingest the product, nor put on skin or in eyes.
